I spent almost 6 months looking for my dream truck and ended up working with one of their sales associates, Ryan on a deal. He was able to hold the vehicle for me as being in kamloops I could not make the trip down for a few weeks. The overall process was the simplest transaction I’ve ever encountered with a dealer and would highly recommend Ryan and his associates to anyone. For how competitive the market is these days I was thoroughly impressed to see customer service stay true as a value to businesses and look forward to dealing with them in the future. Thank you again Ryan for the clear communication and even working late in the evenings, and on a Sunday , to answer my texts and push the deal through. Very happy customer!!!!

Update: 5 months later and they still will not stop calling or texting even though my number is on the National Do Not Call List. A complaint has been filed as everytime I've asked them to remove my details they just hang up. I joined the DNCL only because of this group's constant harassment.Morgan the Finance Director with Pioneer Auto group mobile devision (yes, that's how Morgan spells division) claims I'm Cody" who has applied for auto financing in the past and won't stop reaching out to explain the amazing incentives I never applied for! Tried to call to have my number removed

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. When it comes to finding the right dealership, size isn’t everything. Pioneer has consistently giving me outstanding customer service time and time again. Tyler has always worked his magic and has always got me into vehicle I wanted. If you want a dealership that’s not going to treat you like another number or just another sale, see these guys. I even went to try a much larger dealership for a very short period of time, I was so unhappy with the customer service that I came right back to Pioneer, they definitely know what they are doing.
